Why talk about travel when you can show it?
How do we bring American Airlines AAdvantage customers along for the journey when visiting exotic locations? The AAdvantage program's existing print mailer was good at educating customers on how to get the most out of their miles but didn’t do much to encourage action. From that starting point, we launched a platform for discovering new and interesting out-of-the-way travel locations. With a website, travel show, interactive itineraries, a forum, and an email newsletter, we encouraged everyone to get out there and enrich their lives through travel.
